I ship via USPS & test to do so promptly, also it is closed on weekends. However, orders placed after noon EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. I don't negotiate shipping costs. While packages are sent out in good condition, the seller isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they're with the carrier.
